热处理方式对聚合物太阳能电池光电特性的影响

         

摘要

Polymer solar cells consisting of ITO/PEDOT: PSS (40 nm)/P3HT: PCBM (100 nm)/Al(30 nm) were fabricated by spin coating. We studied the effect of P3HT: PCBM blend system's photovoltaic performance by dealing with different annealing treatments. It was found that annealing treatment made an impact on short circuit current density (J∝), open circuit voltage ( V∝) , fill factor (FF) and optical property. Comparing with pre-annealled devices, series resistance (R。) of devices that was post-an-nealled decreased sharply, and J∝ increased a lot from 1.53 mA · cm-1 to 5.03 mA · cm-2, meanwhile, its power conversion efficiency was promoted 3 times approximately.%利用旋转涂膜的方法制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT∶ PSS(40 nm)/P3HT∶ PCBM( 100nm)/Al(30 nm)的聚合物太阳能电池,研究不同热处理方式对P3HT∶ PCBM共混体系太阳能电池光电性能的影响.结果表明,热处理对器件的短路电流、开路电压、填充因子以及光学特性产生影响,其中热后处理(镀电极后热处理)的器件串联电阻极大地减小,短路电流密度较热前处理(镀电极前热处理)的器件有了很大的提高,由1.53 mA·cm-2提高到5.03 mA·cm-2,器件的能量转换效率提高了近3倍.
