The protocorms of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium candidum conserved for 5 years were used as the materials for the the orthogonal tests of optimization of the condition of rooting and shoot growth in the tissue culture of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium c andidum. Evaluating the plants from fresh weight, peseudobulb, colour, height, and roots, the results showed that the best medium for rooting and shoot growth of D. nobile was 1/2MS medium with 20 g · L-1 sugar and 50 g · L-1 banana homogenates, and the best medium for rooting and shoot growth of D. candidum tissue culture seedling was 1/2MS with 10 g · L-1 sugar%以离体保存5 a的春石斛和铁皮石斛原球茎为材料,采用正交试验对其试管苗壮苗生根的条件进行优化,从鲜重、假鳞茎、颜色、株高和根系生长等方面对植株进行综合评定.结果表明:适宜春石斛壮苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+20 g.L-1白糖+50 g·L-1香蕉匀浆物;适宜铁皮石斛壮苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+10 g·L-1白糖.
