采用Y型嗅觉仪测定和比较了茶树重要害虫--假眼小绿叶蝉成虫对14种绿肥枝叶挥发性物质的行为反应.结果表明:在以空气为对照的条件下,罗顿豆、猪屎豆、铺地木蓝、杂三叶、黄花槐、伞房决明、圆叶决明等7种绿肥的挥发性物质对假眼小绿叶蝉具有明显的引诱作用;紫穗槐、黄花决明、小冠花、木豆、紫花苜蓿、白三叶等6种绿肥的引诱作用不显著;多花木兰对假眼小绿叶蝉成虫表现出显著拒避作用.进一步以茶梢为对照,测定了上述7种对叶蝉有明显引诱作用的绿肥的引诱活性差异,获知铺地木蓝、杂三叶、猪屎豆等3种绿肥对假眼小绿叶蝉的引诱作用都显著低于茶梢;罗顿豆对假眼小绿叶蝉的引诱活性极显著低于茶梢;只有圆叶决明对叶蝉的引诱活性明显高于茶梢,且差异达到极显著水平.%Small green leaihopper (SGL) Empoasca vitis (Cothe) is one of the major tea insect pests. In this paper, the behavioral response of SGL to volatiles from the shoots and leaves of 14 species of green manures were investigated by using a Y-tube olfactometer in laboratory. The preliminary results as contrasted with air condition showed that volatiles from Crotalaria pallida Alt. , Indigofera spicata Forssk, Trifolium hybridum Linn., Cassiu surattensis Burm, Lotononis bainesii Baker, Cassia corgmbosa Lam. ,Chamaecrista rotundifolia ( Pers. ) Greene possessed obvious attractive activity to SGL. And volatiles from Amorphafruticosa Linn. ,Cassia alatta Lirn. , Coronilla varia Linn. , Cajanus cajan Linn. ; Medicago sativa Limn. , Trifolium repens Linn. didn't show attraction to SGL, while volatiles from Magnolia multiflora Wang et Min had a repellent effect on SGL. Further oomparision between green manures and tea shoots indicated that the behavioral response of SGL to volatiles from Indigofera spicata, Trifolium hybridum, Crotalaria pallid were significantly weaker than that from tea shoots, and the behavioral response of SGL to volatile from Lotononis bainesii was great significantly weaker than that from tea shoots. The behavioral response of SGL to volatile from Chamaecrista rotundifolia was great significantly stronger than that from tea shoots.
