A new hybrid genetic algorithm which combines the good property of the global search of genetic algorithm and regional search of conjugate gradient approach was proposed. In order to ensure the diversity of population and improve the velocity of convergence and efficiency, the niche skill was brought out, by which the best operator was better shared and the function was strengthened. Numerical experiment showed that the new method was feasible and efficient.%利用遗传算法的全局搜索能力和共轭梯度法的局部搜索能力,并引入小生境技术,提高了种群的整体搜索性和收敛效率.数值试验证明其可行性和优越性.
