给蜂群饲喂土霉素和四环素,采用HPLC法在60 d内对王浆中残留的药物进行检测,结果表明,蜂群饲喂四环素50 d后王浆中药物残留量为0.041 mg·kg~(-1),完全符合标准(0.05 mg·kg~(-1)).蜂群饲喂土霉素50 d后药物残留量为0.064 mg·kg~(-1),基本符合标准;60 d后进行检测,发现药物残留量降到0.048 mg·kg~(-1),完全符合标准.%After bee colony was fed on tetracycline and oxy tetracycline, the contents of chemical residues in royal jelly samples were analyzed individually using HPLC method within 60 days. The result showed that the content of tetracycline residue declined to 0.041 mg · kg~(-1) after 50 days, it fully met with the residue standard (0.05 mg · kg~(-1)). The content of oxy tetracycline residue was 0.064 mg · kg~(-1), which was close to the standard, and it declined to 0.048 mg · kg~(-1) after 60 days, fully met with the standard.
