Based on research data from twenty counties in Anhui,the paper used the Seemingly Unrelated Regression to examine the utilization of different groups of medical services.The study found that agriculture and urban household population flexible workforce are highly similar in health services utilization;among agriculture and urban household population formally employed population there is a big difference in medical service utilization.Therefore,we should strengthen the rural residents' health maintenance and investment awareness,improve the income level of rural residents,and break limitations from the household registration system to promote the establishment of a sustainable development of the medical security system and harmonious society.%基于安徽省二十多个县市的实地调研数据,运用似无关回归模型对不同群体医疗服务的利用状况进行实证检验.研究发现,农业户籍人口与城镇灵活就业人口在医疗服务利用方面的相似度极高,而与城镇正式就业人口在医疗服务利用方面则存在较大差异.因此,应从增强农村居民的健康维护和投资意识、提高农村居民收入水平,以及打破户籍制度带来的包括医疗等资源利用和分配差异的限制等方面入手,逐步实现城乡医疗保障一体化,促进医疗保障制度的可持续发展及和谐社会的建立.
