WO_3添加方式对V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂性能影响

         

摘要

以TiO2为载体,采用挤压成型法制备了钒系蜂窝整体式SCR脱硝催化剂,通过N2吸附-脱附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、FT-Ra-man光谱等表征手段和催化活性测试对混合练泥工序中助催化剂WO3不同引入方式制备的催化剂进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,由钛钨粉制备的催化剂具有较大的比表面积及孔容积;而由偏钨酸铵制备的催化剂具有较均匀的微观结构形貌,活性物种分散性好,拥有更多的VO6八面体结构,且出现了WOx四面体结构,表现出良好的NH3-SCR活性和较宽的活性温度窗口,在空速为10000h-1,氨氮比为1.0时,活性温度范围内NO脱除率达到了93%。%Vanadium contained honeycomb monolithic SCR DENO, catalysts were prepared by extrumon morning with TiO2 as support. The catalysts obtained with different introduce way of WOz in mixing process were com- parative researched. The catalysts were characterized by brunauer-emmett-teller (BET), X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), FT-Raman and evaluated by catalytic activity test. The experi- mental results show that: catalyst made by WO3-TiO2 powders has a higher surface area and a larger porous volume. Catalyst made by ammonium metatungstate has homogeneous microscopic structure. The active spe- cies are well dispersed on TiO2. In addition, much more actahedral vanadyl species is formed and tetrahedral wolframyl species is found. It presents a superior activity and has a wide activity temperature window. The NOx conversion is up to 93% in the activity temperature range at the gas hourly space velocity of 10000 h^-1 , n (NH3)(NO)=1.
