采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法制得了端基分别为烯丙基和溴原子的聚二甲基丙烯酰胺(PDMAAm),经叠氮基亲核取代后与端炔基聚二甲基硅氧烷进行点击反应,得到两亲三嵌段聚合物。利用^1HNMR、FTIR、GPC等测试方法对聚合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:采用ATRP法合成的PDMAAm均聚物分子量分布较窄,通过点击化学法将热力学不相容的亲水性PDMAAm链段及疏水性聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)链段制备PDMAAmPDMS—PDMAAm嵌段聚合物,是一种高效易行的方法。%Allyl-terminated poly (dimethylacrylamide) were synthesized via atom-transfer radical poly meri zation, which was modified to be azide-terminated poly(dimethylacrylamide) and reacted with alkyne terminated poly(dimethyl-siloxanes) to get tri block copolymers via click chemistry. The chemical struc tures were characterized by 1 H NMR, FT-IR and GPC. Results showed that the PDMAAm homopolymer was synthesized with controlled molecular weight and low polydispersities, the click chemistry was an effi- cient and easy method to combine the thermodynamically incompatible hydrophilic PDMAAm segments and hydrophobic PDMS segments into block polymer combination PI)MAAm-PDMS-PDMAAm.
