Obejectives:To explore the application value of post-reconstruction and cardiac function assessment with 64-detector CTA, demonstrating intra-and extra-cardiact malformations and judging surgical indications in Tetralogy of Fallot.Methods: Intra-and extra-cardiac malformations was assessed and LV function was compared by using echocardiography and 64-detector CTA in 23 Tetralogy of Fallot patients confirmed by operation or CAG.Results: 96.8%(93/96) intra-and extra-heart malformations was identified with 64-detector CTA.LVDEV (53.2±25.0) mL, LVEF (52.6±13.7)%.Compared with echocardiography, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conculsion: Post-reconstruction and cardiac function assessment with 64-detector CTA can detect intra-and extra-cardiac malformations and LV function comprehensively and accurately, and provide important radiologic basis for surgery.%目的:探讨64排CTA心血管后处理技术及心功能测定在法洛四联症(TOF)患者术前显示心内外畸形及判断手术指征的应用价值.方法:收集我院经手术或心血管造影术(cardioangiography,CAG)证实的23例TOF患者,同时行超声心动图和64排螺旋CT检查,评价心内外畸形并对照左心功能参数.结果:64排CTA共显示93处心内外畸形,诊断符合率为96.8%(93/96).心功能测定LVDEV (53.2±25.0) mL,LVEF(52.6±13.7)%,与超声心动图比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:64排CTA心血管后处理技术及心功能测定对TOF患者能够综合、准确地评价心内外畸形和左心功能,为临床手术提供重要的影像学依据.
