Cultivated land is the material basis of human survival and development of land use is the ultimate goal of human occupy cultivated land.Based on peasant household survey data from the cultivated land resources quantity, the degree of development and utilization, the intensive degree, utilization efficiency of four aspects: the selection of analyzing the present situation of cultivated land resource utilization corresponding indicators, using the weighted average coefficient calculation method, construction of farm household characteristics, influence factors such as their household income and expenditure of analytical framework, discusses the influence of various factors on the farmers of arable land use behavior, thus to adjust land use behavior and strategy, promote the rational use of cultivated land resources to provide scientific basis%指出了耕地是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础,耕地利用是人类占有耕地的最终目的.基于农户调查数据,从耕地资源数量、开发利用程度、集约程度、利用效益4个方面选取耕地资源利用现状分析指标体系,采用加权平均系数,构建了农户家庭特征、农户家庭收入和支出等影响因素的分析框架,探讨了各因素对农户耕地利用行为的影响,从而为调整耕地利用行为和策略、促进耕地资源的合理利用提供科学依据.
