基于灰色关联度模型,分别从供给、需求和环境3个角度选取若干房价影响因素,对2008-2015年《河北经济年鉴》中的相关数据进行了分析,结果表明:居民收入水平和地区经济发展水平对河北省房价的影响最为显著,同时竣工房屋造价、房地产投资规模等因素也对房价有较强影响,京津冀一体化重大战略及其相关政策将对河北省房价产生直接影响.%Based on the Grey Relational Model, this paper studied the influencing factors of housing price in Hebei Province from three dimensions, supply, demand, and environment respectively.Through the data of 2008-2015 in "Hebei Province Economic Yearbook", this research found that income level of residents and the level of regional economic development are the main influencing factors of housing price in Hebei Province;other factors like housing cost and real estate investment scale also have strong impact on housing prices.In addition, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration and the related policy will have a direct effect on the housing price in Hebei Province indeed.
