Deepening the reform of administrative management system and promoting the construction of the rule of law in Zhejiang Province ,according to the adjustment of the state's policy about the wood transportation based on war‐rant ,Qingyuan County promptly built an agency of the comprehensive law enforcement ,in which the wood inspection agency is the main party ,in order to reinforce forest resources conservation .In this paper ,we detaily introduced Qingyuan County's master station of the wood inspection's main practice and actual performances in innovating and im‐provingthe system of administrative law enforcement ,intransformingthe wood transportation inspection agency'sfunc‐tions .It is an attempt for further widespreading the reform of forestry law enforcement in the whole province .%分析了林业执法改革的重要性与紧迫性，探讨了林业执法改革的途径和方法，详细阐述了庆元县木材检查总站创新完善行政执法体制机制，包括转变木材运输监管队伍职能，进行改革的主要做法和发挥的成效，以期提供参考。
