指出了随着高校与社会经济发展联系越来越紧密，高校技术合同数量、交易额不断增加，合同纠纷也随之增多。分析了高校技术合同管理存在的问题，深入剖析，引进精确化管理模式，明确技术合同管理的目标，提出了技术合同精确管理措施，并强化流程精确管理，以期为高校技术合同精确化管理提供一种思路。%Technology contract is the carrier of colleges and universities to serve the society .As the relation‐ship become closer betw een universities and social economic development ,the contract disputes also increase with the increase of the technology contract quantity and turnover .Therefore ,how to strengthen and stand‐ardize the technology contract management is an important content of university's management of scientific research .Through the analysis of the problems existing in the technology contract management in universi‐ty ,the deep exploration ,the introduction of refined management mode and the clarification of the goal of technology contract management ,the article puts forward some measures for the precise management of technology contract and strengthen the process of fine management ,w hich provide a thought for the manage‐ment of technology contract in colleges and universities .
