Aiming at the oil fume pollution ,the article expounds the formation of oil fume and its harm to human and environment .Then the article reviews the oil fume pollution aboard and at home ,the present control situation and laws of treating it in China .Several oil fume purification methods have been listed ,such as electrostatic method , adsorption method , filtration method , liquid scrubber , inertia separation , thermal oxidation burning method , catalytic purification method ,hybrid method and ultra - gravity method ,etc .At last ,the article prospects the direction of future development of oil fume purification .%针对油烟气污染问题，分析了油烟气的组成及其对人体和环境造成的危害，阐述了国内外油烟气污染及治理现状和当下我国对油烟的法律法规，列举了当下常用的油烟净化处理方法，如静电法、吸附法、过滤法、液体洗涤法、惯性分离法、热氧化焚烧法、催化净化法、复合式法以及超重立法等的优缺点，并对油烟净化未来的发展方向做出了展望。
