This article introduces a concept of "ecological usage"and attaches a market value to "ecological protec-tion"which is a kind of public products .The article conveys an idea that the excessive use of ecology can be con-trolled by paying for enjoying ecological production , which can stimulate the behavior of harmonizing the protection and utilization of ecological resources and realize the balance between them .The article aims to find a way of protec-ting ecological environment of urban wetland through the market -based operation mode ,%分析了城市湿地的功能作用及当前城市湿地保护现状,探讨了以有偿享用生态保护成果方式遏制生态的过度利用,从而激励相容生态保护与利用行为,实现生态保护与利用的平衡,提出了通过市场化运作模式来保护城市湿地生态环境.
