对全国近岸海域环境监测机构海水油类的测定情况和质量控制工作进行了调查研究，发现目前存在的主要问题是缺乏有效的具有针对性的质量控制措施，影响了海水油类测定结果的可靠性。提出了亟需建立一套完善的质量控制指标体系，以全面保障监测数据的代表性、准确性、精密性、可比性和完整性。%Through the investigation of the determination and quality control work of oils in the seawater in offshore areas ,the article finds some existing problems .The biggest one is that the quality control measures lack effective target ,which affect the reliability of determination results .There's an urgent need to establish a set of perfect quality control index system ,which can fully guarantee the monitoring data with representativeness ,accuracy ,precision , comparability and integrity .
