In order to solve marineenvironmental pollution problems in gasification process of LNG , this articleconducts a research onice-making project based onLNG cryogenic energy .Based on the cold energy demand and feasibility of construction ,thisarticle conductsan investment analysis and the economic analysis of the project . Through the analysis ,the article indicates that the project of ice - making based onLNG cryogenic energy has ratherhigh economic profits and can solve the problems of environmental pollution .%为解决传统LNG气化工艺带来的海洋环境污染问题，开展了LNG冷能制冰项目研究。以海南省冷能需求及项目建设可行性为依据，开展了LNG冷能制冰项目投资与经济性分析，指出了将LNG冷能用于制冰，此项目具有较高经济性，同时也可解决环境污染问题。
