Based on a comprehensive review of rectification work of the southern part of chemical raw materi-als export base in southeast Zhejiang ,the article makes a systemic pectination of the effects achieved and main existing problems in various stages of rectification work ,and analyzes the change law between the pol-lution sources and the environmental quality in each stage .Then the article generally summarizes the rectifi-cation experience of medical and chemical industry with characteristic of Taizhou .The conclusion can provide reference for the Zhejiang province and the country's environmental rectification work in medical and chemi-cal industry and other highly polluted industries .%对浙东南化学原料药出口基地南区4个阶段污染整治工作进行了全面回顾，系统梳理了各阶段整治工作取得的成效及存在的主要问题，探讨了各阶段污染源及环境质量之间的变化规律，从而概括总结出了具有台州特色的医化行业整治经验，为浙江省乃至全国的医化行业以及其他重污染行业的环境污染整治工作提供参考。
