采用毒理学实验方法,探究了重金属Cu、Zn及其联合作用对金鱼的毒性影响,比较研究了Cu2+和Z n2+对金鱼的急性毒性效应的差异,以期为进一步评价重金属对金鱼的毒性效应和作用机理等提供理论依据。结果表明:随着重金属离子浓度的提高,其对金鱼的急性毒性效应逐渐增强;相同浓度下,C u2+对受试金鱼的影响比Z n2+大;根据联合毒性试验结果,在浓度1∶1配比的情况下,铜离子和锌离子共存时,对金鱼的联合作用为毒性增强的协同作用。%In order to find out the respective influences of Cu ,Zn and their joint effects on goldfish ,this article evaluates the acute toxicities of Cu2+ and Zn2+ on Mactra veneriformis Reeve and compares the differences of toxicity among the heavy metals ,and carries out the experiments according to toxicological methods .T he re-sults show that with the increase of heavy metal ion concentration ,the fish acute toxicity effects gradually in-crease ;under the same concentration ,Cu2+ effects are heavier than Zn2+ on goldfish .According to the results of joint toxicity test ,Cu and Zn concentration in the 1 :1 ratio cause synergistic effect on goldfish .
