In order to enhance the ideas of protecting water resources of college students and make them de-vote to environmental protection completely ,the Oasis Environmental Protection Environment Associations of Xuzhou Institute of Technology has taken a survey on Kuihe River in Xuzhou part .In this investigation process ,some problems have been found ,for example ,shortage of funds ,weak stability ,poor organization and lack knowledge of environmental protection ,which are main disadvantages in protecting water resources of Environmental Protection Associations of Colleges .Meanwhile ,some solutions have been provided accord-ing to above problems .Development direction of Environmental Protection Associations of Colleges have been ascertained ,with the expectation to make a greater contribution to protect the domestic water re-sources .% 指出了徐州工程学院绿洲环保协会为提高在校大学生和社会人的保护水资源的理念，使其真正投身于环保事业中来，开展了调研奎河徐州段的活动。在对奎河徐州段的调研中遇到了一些问题，通过分析发现，影响高校环保社团在保护水资源的行动中的主要因素有环保活动经费短缺、环保社团志愿者稳定性差、环保团队组织性不强和环保志愿者环保知识缺乏等。同时针对这些因素提出了相应对策。进一步明确了高校环保社团的发展方向，以期为水资源保护工作做出更大的贡献。
