This article analyzes the greening plan for a government courtyard which focuses on constructing a greening system based on the idea of “an axis ,a lake and a main building ;three roads ,two blocks and two hills” .This design idea expresses the style of government courtyard which is a combination of tradition and modern .The greening plan conforms to the requirements of The Code for Planting Design of Urban .Digging the Apple Lake dug makes the ecology much better than before .Besides ,the greening plan implements the principles of “trees must suit to the environment” ,and the plant communities with various species mostly have three layers of big trees ,shrubs and grass .,and the evergreen trees ,as the majority ,are planted with the deciduous trees .therefore ,not only the large amount of greening , but also the color , aroma , flower and the seasonal appearance of plant are all obvious . Moreover ,the plan takes some investment - saving measures including mostly planting arbors ,maintaining the outside wild vegetation ,protecting the original big trees ,and planting Axonopus .affinis instead of Zoysua .tenuifolia for making the lawn .The plan does not design any special garden architectures in the whole courtyard ,instead ,it uses a large number of rails ,embossments as garden ornaments in accordance with local conditions to express the military culture .Finally ,the article discusses the functions of the combination of fast -growing trees with slow -growing trees ,which will not only ensure the greening effects of immediate and long term ,but also increase the amount of fast -growing species of trees and the amount of greening more quickly .%分析了某机关大院绿地系统重点打造“一轴一湖一主楼、三纵二区二坡林”的格局，指出了其设计体现了当今“传统与现代结合”的机关大院风格。绿化方案符合《城市绿地设计规范》，苹果湖的开发使大院生态比原地貌有了较大改进；方案实施适地适树的原则，树种丰富，植物群落一般都有乔、灌、草的三层结构，占多数的常绿树与落叶树结合种植，树木不但绿量较大，而且色、香、花和季相效果明显。坚持节约型园林的措施包括以乔木为主，衔接和保留外界野生植被，保护原有大树，草坪采用粗生的地毯草而不是台湾草。全院不设专项园林建筑，而是因势利导地以大量栏杆、浮雕作为园林小品来表现军队文化，体现了“精在体宜”、“巧于因借”的原则。讨论了速生树与缓生树的相结合虽然确保了近远期的绿化效果，但增加了速生乔木的种类和数量，还可为增绿提速。
