指出了由于我国未普及生活垃圾分类回收，导致许多可回收资源严重浪费，根据此情况提出了家庭-小区相结合的生活垃圾分类回收模式，项目要求居民将生活垃圾简单分为干、湿两类后，由工作人员将干垃圾中有回收利用价值的物品进行分拣并出售给相关回收部门。通过对该模式的企业经济效益和国民经济效益分析，得到5年后企业将亏损2．3万元以上，而国民经济创造效益为65．4万元，同时带来巨大的无形社会效益。如将国民经济效益转移到企业，并出台相关的法律法规作为加大实施力度的手段，该模式是完全具有可持续发展前景的。%Becausethe law s and regulations about household garbage's recycling has not been promulgated ,it leads to many recyclable resourcesin serious waste .There is an urgent need to set up a classification and recy-cling model for household garbage which is easy and convenient for people .This article proposes a garbage recycling model combined by family and community .In this study ,Jingyuan community in Chongqing is taken as the pilot ,and the residents are required to classify garbage into two categories in a simple way -wet and dry .And then the weight and volume of garbage can be compressed by means of picking and selling the recyclable parts .Through analyzing the benefits of the enterprises and the national economy of this model , the results show thatthe enterprises will lose more than 23 ,000 yuan in 5 years ,w hile the model can bring 654 ,000 yuan for national economyand have infinite favorable social influences .If governments support the enterprises by transferring the nation economic benefits ,and guarantee the project by promulgating the law s and regulations ,this family -community combined model will have a bright prospect .
