This article conducts data survey and monitoring analysis of basic farmland soil in three counties (cities) of Jinzhou city ,Liaoning Province ,finds out the pollution factors ,so as to grasp the polluted status of basic farmland soil and provide corresponding protection measures .%通过对锦州市所辖的三个县（市）基本农田土壤资料调查及监测分析、评价，找出了污染因子，掌握了锦州市基本农田的土壤污染现状，并提出了相应的保护措施。
