通过问卷调查方式收集了旅游者不文明行为的表现，运用心理学知识从意识、社会知觉、旅游团的特殊性等方面进行了分析。研究显示：旅游者不文明行为是由无意识驱动、人际知觉和自我自觉的不调和导致旅游者对不文明行为的认识偏差，去个体化导致旅游者的破窗原理现象，旅游团队的特殊性为放纵创造条件等。通过以上分析提出了内化旅游者优雅品格，完善景区旅游基础设施，增强对有关部门的市场监管的建议。%This article collects the uncivilized behaviors of Chinese tourists according to questionnaire ,and analyzes the bad behaviors of Chinese tourists from consciousness ,social perception and particularity of tour etc .The results show s that the uncivilized behaviors of tourists are driven by unconscious ,interpersonal perception and self conscious which bring tourists understanding deviation of uncivilized behavior ;deindividuation leads the tourists'phenomena of broken window theory ;specialities of tourism team create conditions for indulgence .Through the above analysis , this article proposes to internalize the elegant characters of the tourists ,improve the tourism infrastructure ,enhance the market supervision of relevant departments .
