With the development of society and economy and the improvement of people＇s living standards, the greening of residential quarters and unit garden have developed fast, however, it also appears some problems. This paper discusses these problems in order to find out reasonable solutions, so as to create a style with unique charm of local culture of China.%分析了住宅小区和单位庭院绿化存在的问题，针对近年来城市住宅小区和单位庭院景观营造中出现的问题进行了调查研究，探讨了相应的解决方法，为我国城市住宅小区和单位庭院绿化景观的建设提供参考。
