分析了广东坪石电厂4号、5号炉2×300MW机组配套的FE电袋复合除尘器的应用效果,研究表明：各项性能指标均远优于设计值,未发生滤袋破损且强度保持良好,出口排放小于等于20mg/Nm3,整体效果优良,成为解决低粉尘排放浓度问题的一项优良技术。实践也表明：电袋复合除尘器内臭氧值极低,对PPS滤料的寿命和强度不产生影响。%The FE-type Electrostatic-Fabric Integrated Collectors （short for EFIC） for unit 4 and unit 5 of Guangdong Pingshi 2×300MW Power Plant were put into operation respectively in Nov.2009 and Apr.2010.The EFIC collectors have been operating for about two and a half years,all performance indices are far superior to the design values,with no bag breakage and good material strength,and the outlet emission is less than or equal to 20mg / Nm3.EFIC rapidly becomes an excellent technology in fulfilling the low dust outlet emission requirements.Practice also shows that the extremely low ozone value in EFIC will not affect the service life and strength of PPS materials.
