对于水质常规监测项目中化学需氧量、氨氮和高锰酸盐指数在抽查比对测定中从采样到分析测定，以及质量保证等方面应当注意的问题进行了全面总结，为成功完成比对测定工作提供参考。%In this paper, some problems which should be care were summarized from sampling to analyzing in comparison determination of chemical demand oxygen, ammonia nitrogen and permanganate index in water. All of these experiences can be used for reference for many analyzers during spot--check comparison deter- mination.
