本文以广东轻工职业技术学院应用外语系商务英语专业为例,构建基于“虚拟职场情境体验→模拟公司→校内生产性实训→商务实习→顶岗实习”的阶梯型实践教学体系,循序渐进培养学生“单项专业能力→专业综合能力→职业能力”,缩短学生掌握的技能与社会岗位需求之间的差距,可实现真正意义上的零距离就业。% By citing business English major in Department of Applied Foreign Languages of Guangdong Industry Technical College as an example, this paper is introduced the construction and exploration of ladder-type practical teaching system based on virtual workplace scenarios→simulated workplace training→business internship→sub-stitute worker, which develops students' abilities (the single major ability → professional competence→ vocational competence)step by step, and shortens the gap between students' abilities and the job requirements.
