通过对国内外语用学理论发展的梳理,从跨文化交际的视角提出和谐人际关系构建应遵循5大语用原则:合作原则、礼貌原则、面子保全原则、语境顺应原则和关系管理原则.针对跨文化交际过程中呈现的合作性话语和冲突性话语这两种不同的语境,提出维护和谐交际关系的具体语用策略:在合作性话语语境下,采用遵循合作原则和礼貌原则以及合理运用面子保全原则等;在冲突性话语语境下,使用具有缓和功能的礼貌标记语和模糊限制语以及灵活使用道歉言语行为等.建议英语教师注重对人际语用学理论的学习及其教学运用,在提升学生跨文化交际语用能力的同时,促进教师自身的职业发展.%By the reviews of the theory development on pragmatics research at home and abroad,the author analyzed that the participants should mainly follow five pragmatic principles for building harmonious interpersonal relationships in intercultural communication,including cooperative principle,politeness principle,face-saving principle,context adaptation principle and rapport management principle.According to different discourse contexts of cooperative utterances and conflict speech in intercultural communication,specific pragmatic strategies for maintaining harmonious social relationships should be applied.In the cooperative utterances context,cooperative principle & politeness principle,and face-saving principle should be followed reasonably;In the conflict speech context,politeness markers & hedges with mitigating functions,and apology speech acts should be used flexibly.It is suggested that English teachers should apply the interpersonal pragmatic theories to the English teaching in order to improve the pragmatic competence in cross-language cultural communication for language learners,and to promote the professional development of the teachers themselves.
