2016年4月23日至7月12日对地膜精养及普通土池模式下凡纳滨对虾池塘水体的主要理化因子进行跟踪监测,研究不同养殖模式对水质变化的影响.结果表明,2种养殖模式下池塘水体的pH和DO均随养殖时间的延长逐渐下降,地膜池与普通土池相比pH无统计学意义(P>0.05),但30 d起地膜池DO含量高于土池(P<0.05);地膜池和土池的COD、氨氮、亚硝酸盐和磷酸盐的含量总体上均呈上升趋势,但土池亚硝酸盐含量在养殖后期(70~90 d)迅速下降.%The main physical and chemical factors in two Litopenaeus vannamei intensive-culture ponds, in which laying or not laying plastic film, namely plastic film pond and earthen pond, respectively, were traced from April 23 to July 12 in 2016, and the variation of the factors were analyzed. The results showed that pH and DO value decreased with culture time in two culture models. The value of pH had no significant difference between two ponds (P>0.05), and DO in plastic film pond was much higher than that in earthen pond from the 30th day (P<0.05). The value of COD, nitrite nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and phosphate showed a general rise in the experiment, but the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in earthen pond dropped rapidly from 70 days.
