Ocean governance is a marine management process. In the process the sea related international organizations or countries, government departments, the private sector and citizen cooperatively exercise the sea power according to law, perform the sea responsibilities and manage marine practical activities commonly. It aims at maintaining the ecological balance of the ocean and realizing the sustainable development of marine.
