盐度对半叶马尾藻幼苗生长及光合色素合成的影响

         

摘要

To get the the suitable and optimum salinities of the growth stage of sargassum seedings ,we studied the effects of different salinities on the growth development and the photosynthetic pigments systhesis of Sargassum hemiphyllum, with the Sargassum hemiphyllum seedings (2-3g/per plant) in the different salinity group, the temperature of 22 ± 0.5℃ and light intensity 100 μmol • m-2·s-1. The research result can provid the reference for the seedings production. The study results showed as followed: (1)The suitable salinities for survival and growth of the Sargassum hemiphyllum is 24.84-35.28,within this salinity scope ,the survival and growth of the Sargassum hemiphyllum can be normal; (2)The optimum growth salinity is 30.06, under this salinity,the growth rate of the mass and photosynthetic pigment content both can reach the maximum; (3) The weight increase rate of the seedlings is higher under the salinity of 32.67and 35.28 than under the salinity 27.45 and 24.84,which indicated that the Sargassum hemiphyllum seedings is more sutibale for growing in the high salinity. The research results can provid the reference for the seedings production.%在温度22±0.5℃、光照强度100μmol·m-2·s-1的光照培养箱中,以8组不同盐度培养半叶马尾藻(Sargassum hemiphyllum)幼苗(2~3 g/株),研究不同盐度对其生长发育和光合色素合成的影响。结果表明:半叶马尾藻幼苗适合存活和生长的盐度为24.84~35.28,在该盐度范围内幼苗均可正常存活和生长;幼苗最适生长盐度为30.06,质量增长率达到最大,光合色素含量达到最高;24.84~35.28中,幼苗更适合于在高盐端生长。
