心理咨询系列课程促进学生心灵成长的探索

         

摘要

心理咨询等助人工作需要助人者具备较高的心理健康水平和自我调节能力,相关专业应在教学过程中有意识地培养学生这方面的素质。研究表明:利用心理咨询系列课程的特点,采取活动式、体验式、参与式的教学方式,提升学生的自我意识水平,包括自我觉察的意识和能力,觉察并了解自我人格形成的家庭原因等,有利于激发学生学习课程的积极性,发展学生洞察自己的能力,形成有效信念,促进学生个人心理健康水平的提升和健全人格的发展。%Helping professions such as psychological consultation require practitioners with particular mental healthiness and self-regulation. It is necessary for relevant disciplines to nurture these qualities in students. Studies reveal that based on the features of psychological consultation courses and through activity-related, experimental and participatory methods, students ’ self-consciousness is stimulated, including their consciousness and abilities for self awareness which may reveal the domestic reasons behind their personalities. By way of such an education reform in psychological consultation courses, students are also more active in taking the courses from which their insights into themselves are developed and effective faiths are formed, their mental health is improved and personalities perfected.
