Building teachers' learning communities is of great significance to promoting their professional development. Such Learning communities could run in the long term as those grounded in preconditions like setup of lifelong learning concept, construction of an eco-oriented learning culture, formation of stablized teams, establishment of an effective interaction mechanism, and so on.
