Aiming at industrial field automation control,the wired network has problems such as bad expandability,burdensome wireling,line maintenance difficulties etc.Based on CC2430 SOC hardware platform,Z-Stack protocol stack is designed,VC+ + is used to write PC monitoring management software,and the tree topology ZigBee wireless temperature monitoring system is implemented.Through testing the system data acquisition and communication performance,the results show that in the communication distance of 120 m,the communication performance is good and the packet loss rate is less than 3%,which can meet the occasion of the parameters in slow change.%针对工业现场自动化控制中有线网络扩展性差、布线繁琐、线路维护困难等问题,基于CC2430 SOC的硬件平台,对Z-Stack协议栈进行软件设计,采用VC++语言编写上位机监控管理软件,成功实现了树状拓扑的ZigBee无线温度监控系统.对系统数据采集和通信性能的测试结果表明,在120m通信距离内,通信性能良好,数据丢包率小于3%,能够满足在过程控制中参数缓慢变化的场合.
