高职院校目前存在着教学理念传统、教学内容和方法陈旧、师资和场地不足、教学班额偏大等问题,为此,高职院校体育教师应设法转变教学观念、优化教学内容与评价体系;学校要加大投入,充实师资队伍,扩充体育场地及设施,全面提升为学生学习服务的能力,使其培养的学生能适应新世纪社会对人才的要求。%Problems like backward teaching philosophy,conservative teaching contents and methods,lacking teachers and space and too big classes etc.exist in vocational colleges.So physical education teachers in vocational colleges should try to change their teaching concepts,teaching content and evaluation system,and the colleges should increase investment,enrich the teaching staff,expanse the sports venues and facilities to improve students＇ quality and abilities in order to adapt them to the personnel requirements of the new century society.
