Gene complex of 12 individual commits of Schizothorax Kozlovi, Schizothorax Grahami and chizothorax Pellegrin were amplified by the 20 random primers, which were screened from 38 random primers with contained 10bp oligonueleotide nucleotide, and which were repeatable, strip clear and specific strong. After the amplification, 124 DNA fragments were produced in Schizothorax Kozlovi; 127 DNA fragments were produced in Sehizothorax Grahami; and 129 DNA fragments were produced in Schizothorax pellegrin. The polymorphic points were 60, 77 and 79 with the frequency of mean 48.39%, 60.63% and 61.24%. Between the Schizothorax Kozlovi and Schizothorax Grahami, the average genetic distance was 0.3979 ± 0.0274. Between the Schizothorax Kozlovi and Schizothorax pellegrin, the average genetic distance was 0. 3131 ±0. 0286. Between the Schizothorax Grahami and Sehizothorax pellegrin, the average genetic distance was 0. 4346 ± 0. 0328.
