Based on the population distrbution coordination deviation index and Gini coefficient of GDP per capita, the paper studies the coordination state of the economy - population distribution in Guizhou,analyses the reason of Guizhou＇ s economic - demographic inconsistent and puts forward some policy proposals of Guizhou economy - population distribution coordinated development.%利用区域经济-人口分布协调偏离度指数及区域人均GDP基尼系数，研究贵州经济-人口分布的协调状况。分析贵州经济-人口分布不协调的原因，提出了贵州经济-人口分布协调发展的对策建议。
