摘要

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of low-dosage estrogen alternative therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on Kupperman score and hormone level. Method:A total of 132 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided them into study group and control group (n=66). Control group:daily oral administration of progestational hormone-medroxyprogesterone, 4 mg/d;study group:on the basis of control group, oral administration of estrogen-estradiol valerate tablets, 0.65 mg/d;continuous treatment for 3 months in both groups. Uterine volume and intima thickness, kupperman score and hormone level changes in both groups before and after treatment were tested. in addition. The adverse reactions etc. in both groups were compared. Results:After 3 months treatment, kupperman score in study group was obviously lower than that in control group and before treatment;E2 level in study group was obviously higher than that in control group and before treatment, LH and FSH level was obviously lower than that in control group and before treatment;uterine volume and intima thickness in study group had no obvious difference, compared with before treatment and that in control group;adverse reactions in both groups had no obvious difference in both groups. Conclusion:Low-dosage estrogen alternative therapy could promote the normalization of intracorporal hormone secretion in patients with perimenopausal syndrome, obviously improve the clinical symptoms, less adverse reactions, and had the remarkable curative effect.
