Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a public health problem that seriously affects the quality of life of patients with poor prognosis.Western medicine has been mature in the treatment of CHF,but it still has some limitations and adverse reactions in improving the clinical symptoms of CHF.TCM has a long history of understanding of CHF,and in recent years,TCM has summarized and developed the experience of predecessors in the treatment of CHF,In particular,diuretic therapy,combined with Warming Yang,tonifying Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,has achieved good curative effect in treating CHF.When combined with basic treatment of Western medicine,it can reduce the adverse reactions of Western medicine.This review is to summarize.
