福建省闽清黄楮林国家级自然保护区的管理工作涉及众多的利益相关者，因此，要做好黄楮林国家级自然保护区的管理工作，就必须处理好保护区利益相关者的利益关切与利益诉求。文章通过介绍黄楮林国家级自然保护区利益相关者的类型与利益诉求，并通过博弈模型对黄楮林国家级自然保护区利益相关者进行博弈分析。最后，对黄楮林国家级自然保护区的管理工作提出一些建议。%Many stakeholders were involved in the management work of Minqing Huangchulin National Nature Reserve of Fujian Province, therefore, to do a good managenent of Huangchulin National Nature Reserve must handle the concerns and interests of district stakeholders. This paper introduced the types and interests of stakeholders of Huangchulin National Na⁃ture Reserve, and analyzed the stakeholders through the game model, finally, put forward some suggestions for Huangchulin National Nature Reserve.
