Considering the bilinear form of a (3 + 1 )-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa equation, we obtain bilinear Backlund transformations of the equation. As an application, travelling wave solutions and rational solutions of the (3+ 1 )-dimen- sional soliton equation are explicitly computed.%运用双线性算子恒等式，得到（3＋1）维Jimbo-Miwa方程的双线性Backlund变换．通过双线性B萏cklund变换。能构造出此（3＋1）维孤子方程的行波解和有理解．
