北魏道武帝和明元帝时期，曾经两次有迁都邺城之意。经过对北魏前期这两次迁邺事件的经过、意义和影响的探讨，发现这两次迁都邺城虽然均未实现，但其从客观上反映了河北地区先进的文化和生产力对鲜卑拓跋氏的吸引，促使了北魏统治者对河北地区政治形势的思考，从而采取相应的措施，对河北地区建立了有效的统治以及加快了与河北大族的合作步伐，而这一切都有力地巩固了北魏的新生政权，并为北魏统一北方奠定了一定的基础。%During the period of Eperor Daowu and Mingyuan, there were twice thoughts of moving the capital to Yecheng. The passage reaserches on the course and significance of the two invents at the beginning of the Northern Wei Dynasty. Although the two movements were failed, in fact, they effected that the advanced caulture and economic of Hebei abstrcted the Tuobas of Xianbei ethtic a lot. They made the rulers of the Northern Wei Dynasty to think of on the political situations in Hebei district, then took certain mesures to establish management in the district and accelent to cooperate with the literati in Hebei. All of these were good to the new-born state, and also made basement for the Northern Wei Dynasty to unite North China.
