党的十八大召开以来，我国的反腐倡廉工作取得了巨大的进展，已有多位高级领导干部被立案调查。针对当前领导干部腐败的特点和反腐败工作的形势，必须加强对领导干部廉政教育的研究。毛泽东在领导中国革命和建设的过程中，非常重视干部队伍建设和反腐败工作，形成了丰富的廉政教育思想，这对当前加强领导干部廉政教育的有效性有非常重要的指导作用。%Since the 18th CPC National Congress, many senior leading officials have been placed on file for investigation. In view of the causes for their falling, we find it imperative to conduct the research on the an⁃ti-corruption education among the officials. Through a discussion of Mao Zedong’s thoughts on anti-corruption education, the author analyzed in the paper the ways to improve the necessity and practicality of the leading of⁃ficials’anti-corruption education so as to establish their sound image of“servants of the people”.
