Though adjusting the tempering temperature and tempering time of 65Mn spring washer heat treatment and having analysis by using assembly test,bending test,hardness test,microstructure observation and so on so as to gain the optimum heat treatment process parameters,improve the strength and the toughness of the spring washer, achieve the requirement of ifxating dust proof cover and guarantee the qualiifed rate of the bearing assembly .%通过调整65Mn弹簧垫圈的热处理回火温度和回火时间并采用装配试验、弯曲试验、硬度测试、组织观察等方法进行分析，获得了最佳热处理工艺参数，改善了弹簧垫圈强度，提高了弹簧垫圈的韧性，达到稳固防尘盖的要求，保证了轴承装配合格率。
