短圆柱滚子轴承实体车制保持架兜孔加工技术研究

         

摘要

The solid cage pocket of short cylindrical roller bearing is the key part that affects the quality of bearing directly. By optimizing the structure, design parameters and manufacturing technology of the broach, the shape and position accuracy and surface quality of the pocket were improved greatly,and the surface defects such as the surface tears of pocket, the ifsh scales shape broaching injury and the bite wounds etc.were overcome so as to ensure that the shape and size of the pocket chamfer R meet the requirements of the product design.%短圆柱滚子轴承实体保持架的兜孔是关键部位,直接影响着轴承质量。通过优化拉刀设计结构、设计参数及制造技术,大幅度提高了兜孔形位精度及表面质量,克服了兜孔表面撕裂、鱼鳞状拉伤、啃伤等表面缺陷,保证兜孔R倒角形状及尺寸满足产品设计要求。
