摇摆对单相自然循环系统流动特性的影响分析

         

摘要

针对摇摆对加热段为窄矩形通道的自然循环系统单相流动特性的影响,开展了实验研究.为了进一步分析摇摆对流动特性的影响机理,采用自主开发的系统分析程序,对实验工况下的系统行为进行了数值模拟.结果表明:在实验参数范围内,角加速度幅值是摇摆影响质量流量的本征量.当热工参数相同时,角加速度的幅值越大,摇摆运动下的时均流量与静止时的流量比值越小.基于静止条件下的阻力关系式开发的程序,可以较好地模拟摇摆条件下单相自然循环流动特性.摇摆引起的流量波动是摇摆对单相自然循环流动阻力特性影响的主要机制.%Experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of rolling motion on single-phase flow characteristics in a natural circulation system with heated narrow rectangular channel.Using the self-developed code, the system′s behaviors were numerically simulated in order to further understand the mechanism of effect of rolling motion on flow characteristics.Results indicate that, within the range of experimental parameters, the amplitude of angular acceleration is the eigenvalue of the influence on mass flow rate by rolling motion.For the given thermal parameter combination, the ratio between the mass flow rate under static condition and the average mass flow rate under rolling motion decreases with the increase of the angular acceleration amplitude.According to the calculation results, under static condition, the single-phase natural circulation flow characteristics can be preferably simulated by the code, which has been developed based on the resistance relationship.Furthermore, fluctuant flux has been identified as the main mechanism of the effect of rolling motion on single-phase natural circulation flow resistance characteristics.
