It aims to observe the influence of import trade on innovative invention patent ,appli-cation patent,and design patent with the intervening variable of technology innovation .The data show that there is a technology spillover effect which can improve our production efficiency signifi-cantly in the import trading structure.But this kind of technology spillover effect is constrained by the level of civil human capital.It is found that import trading structure directly affected the produc-tion efficiency of our country with a notable indirect effect on the improvement of our country’s pro-duction efficiency by using technology innovation as a mediator.But this impact was mainly achieved by utility model patent and design patents with low technical.Effect resulted by the mediator of in-novative invention patent was not significant.Essentially,import trading does not affect the produc-tion efficiency through enhancing the core innovation capability of our country.We should develop in-house if we would like to accomplish the true innovative-driven economy.%文章通过构建以技术创新为中介变量的中介模型，考察了进口贸易结构对不同层次的创新发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利的影响，以及这些影响对我国生产效率的作用。研究表明：进口贸易结构存在技术溢出，对促进我国生产效率的提高有显著作用，但这种技术溢出受到国内人力资本水平的制约；同时发现进口贸易结构在直接影响我国生产效率的同时，还以技术创新为“中介”间接影响了我国生产效率水平的提高，但这种中介作用主要是通过技术含量较低的实用新型专利和外观设计专利来实现的，以发明专利为中介的影响不显著，进口贸易实质上没有通过增强我国核心创新能力来影响生产效率，我国要实现真正创新驱动型经济，还需靠自主研发。
