采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对不同来源29份菊芋种质资源块茎主要矿质营养元素含量进行了测定,研究不同菊芋矿质资源营养元素含量及分布特征,并采用主成分分析和聚类分析对其主要矿质营养元素进行评价.结果表明:法国、丹麦和中国三种来源种质资源块茎中矿质营养元素含量具有不同的特征,不同元素之间存在一定的相关关系,前3个主成分代表了菊芋矿质营养元素87%的信息;聚类分析结果表明按照5种矿质营养元素含量总值大小分布,将29份菊芋资源分为4个类群,通过本研究为今后进行菊芋新品种的选育和功能产品开发提供科学的依据.%To study the content and distribution characteristics of main mineral nutrient elements in Jerusalem artichoke tuber,29 samples were conducted quantitative analysis via ICPAES technique and the data were evaluated using SPSS correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there is correlation relationship between different mineral nutri ent elements,and the first three principal components represent 87% information of mineral nutrient elements in Jerusalem artichoke.Cluster analysis results show that according to the total content distribution of 5 mineral nutrient elements,29 Jerusalem artichoke resources can be divided into four groups.This research can provide scientific basis for the future breeding of new varieties of Jerusalem artichoke and product development.
