The Flange connection method is commomly used in the existing wind turbine towers. The welding between Flange and tower shell plates will make residual stress, which will affect the connection strength of the flange. The flange connection calculation method is based on European codes and manuals without taking welding residual stress into account, which is imperfect. Therefore, some modification is made against the plastic hinge method, which will have a better Reflection to the real engineering practice of the steelworks.%目前风电机组塔架法兰和筒壁的连接,普遍采用焊接的形式.焊缝的纵向残余应力,对外荷载下法兰根部塑性变形必然产生影响.而螺栓连接的计算方法,基于欧洲规范和手册,并未考虑焊缝残余应力对法兰根部塑性铰的影响,是不完善的.因此本文对既有计算方法做了修正,使其更加符合工程实践.
